Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “the Customer”) and Times Travels Ltd, which trades as AlkabbaTravles (“AlkabbaTravles,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

These Terms apply to customers booking from the United Kingdom, the United States, and other international locations.

By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

  • Booking: A confirmed reservation for Umrah, Hajj, flights, hotels, transport, or related services.
  • Travel Supplier: Airlines, hotels, visa processors, transport providers, and tour operators.
  • Site: The AlkabbaTravles website and related platforms.

2. Your Booking & Contract

A booking is confirmed only when:

  • Payment (full or agreed deposit) is received, and
  • A confirmation email is sent by AlkabbaTravles or the relevant Travel Supplier.

All services depend on availability at the time of booking.

3. Role of AlkabbaTravles

AlkabbaTravles acts as an agent for third-party Travel Suppliers. Your contract for travel services is between you and the Travel Supplier.

AlkabbaTravles is not responsible for:

  • Airline schedule changes or cancellations
  • Hotel overbookings
  • Visa decisions
  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

4. Travel Supplier Terms

Each Travel Supplier has its own terms and conditions, including:

  • Payment rules
  • Cancellation policies
  • Change fees
  • Refund eligibility

You must review and comply with these terms.

5. Flights – Important Conditions

  • Many airfares are non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • Flights must be used in the order shown on the itinerary.
  • Not using an outbound flight may cancel the return flight.
  • Airlines may change schedules or cancel flights without notice.
  • Seat selection is not guaranteed.

Recommended check-in times:

  • International flights: 120 minutes
  • Domestic flights: 90 minutes

6. Direct vs Non-Stop Flights

  • Direct Flight: Same flight number, may include stops.
  • Non-Stop Flight: No stops between departure and destination.

Flight times are estimates and may change.

7. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

We strongly recommend all UK and US customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Trip cancellation or interruption
  • Visa rejection
  • Airline delays or cancellations

8. Delivery of Tickets & Documents

  • Most tickets are issued electronically (e-tickets).
  • AlkabbaTravles is not responsible for delays due to incorrect contact details.
  • Paper tickets (if applicable) are delivered only where allowed.

Notify us immediately if travel documents are not received.

9. Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows

Cancellation and amendment rules depend on Travel Supplier policies.

Please note:

  • Flight deposits are non-refundable.
  • Issued flight tickets are non-refundable.
  • No-shows may result in 100% cancellation charges.
  • Refunds depend solely on supplier policies.

10. Umrah & Visa-Specific Terms

  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months.
  • Visas are issued solely by the Saudi authorities.
  • AlkabbaTravles is not responsible for visa rejection.
  • Visa fees may change during processing.
  • In case of visa rejection, refunds depend on supplier policies only. All Umrah packages are non-refundable once booked, except for partial refunds from suppliers.

11. Payments

  • Full payment is usually required at booking.
  • We accept major debit and credit cards.
  • Prices may increase if payment is delayed or fails.
  • Travel documents will not be issued until payment is complete.

Refunds (if applicable) are returned to the original payment method.

12. Passports, Visas & Health (UK & USA)

Customers must ensure:

  • Valid passports and visas.
  • Compliance with immigration laws of departure, transit, and destination countries.
  • Compliance with health and vaccination requirements.

For US travelers:

  • ESTA or visa requirements must be met.
  • Machine-readable passports may be needed.

AlkabbaTravles accepts no responsibility for denied boarding due to incorrect documentation.

13. Complaints & Customer Support

  • Report complaints during travel to the supplier immediately.
  • Submit post-travel complaints within 30 days.
  • All complaints must include booking references and supporting documents.

14. Customer Conduct

We may cancel services without refund if a customer:

  • Behaves dangerously or offensively.
  • Disrupts airlines or hotels.
  • Damages property.

15. Website Use

  • Website content is provided “as is.”
  • AlkabbaTravles is not liable for website downtime or errors.
  • Fraudulent or speculative bookings are prohibited.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Airline strikes
  • Pandemics
  • War or terrorism

17. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials belong to AlkabbaTravles and may not be copied without permission.

18. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

  • UK GDPR (for UK customers)
  • Applicable US privacy laws (for US customers)

19. ATOL Protection (UK Customers)

AlkabbaTravles provides ATOL protection where applicable. ATOL Number: 5553.

ATOL protection mainly applies to bookings made and paid for in the UK and will be stated in your confirmation email.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • UK customers: Governed by the laws of England & Wales.
  • US customers: Governed by applicable federal and state laws.

Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction based on the customer’s country of residence.
